Optimization

In 2006, Marcos Leone Filho (Venidera’s co-founder) actively participated in this research and development project which goal was to develop an optimization model for improving CTEEP’s transformers tap changing operation in order to minimize with voltages drops during peak demand hours.

In 2004, André Emilio Toscano (Venidera’s co-founder) was part of the team (intern) in this research and development project which goal was to evaluate the Unicamp’s chain of optimization models for hydrothermal coordination applied for efficient scheduling in the Brazilian National Interconnected System (SIN).
